600mu “Villages-in-City” in Gaoxing Town of Pudong New Area Made a gorgeous change with the help of STEC

On July 1, STEC signed the contract on renovation project of “villages-in-city” Donggou and Jielu in Gaohang Town of Pudong New Area with Gaohang Town People’s Government of Pudong New Area and Shanghai Dong’an (Investment) Group Co., Ltd. Zhang Yuxin, Deputy Chief Executive of Pudong New Area; Wang Bin, Chief Executive of Gaoxing Town; Chen Yiguo, General Manager of Dong'an Group; Zhang Yan, Board Chairman of STEC; Zhou Wenbo, President, Wang Zhihua, Vice-president and other leaders of STEC, Shanghai Urban Construction Property Development Co., Ltd. under STEC and Municipal Engineering Group attended the signing ceremony.
The land involved in this renovation project is located at the southwest corner of Gaoxing Town, covering Jielu district in Waigaoqiao Xinshi Town and six districts including Gejiazhai, Xu Jiaqiao, Xizhuangjiazhai, Waimatou and Dongling New Village. Its gross floor area is 613.84mu and various buildings cover an area of 456000m2. The project's construction phase is scheduled for 2018 when STEC will fully introduced BIM technology, vigorously promote and use PC housing industrialization technology, implant "RICH" brand concept of Urban Construction Property and transform this area into a modern ecological livable community with beautiful environment where people will live in harmony, thereby improving residents' life quality, perfecting the social and public management facilities and promoting the social public service level.
