STEC cooperated with the Investment Association of China to Build the National First Government and Business Capitals “Joint Platform” to pry Ten Trillion-level PPP Market

On June 18, the PPP comprehensive service platform with the “national first public-private partnership (PPP) characteristic” jointly created by STEC and Investment Association of China of National Development and Reform Commission, namely “PPP Center of Large and Medium-sized Enterprise Investment Professional Commission of Investment Association of China” was inaugurated formally and “China PPP service platform (www.chinappp.cn)” was put online formally. More than 100 government and enterprise leaders and experts from domestic investment and financing fields including relevant leaders of Investment Promotion Agency of Ministry of Commerce, P. R. China and Investment Research Institute, NDRC, Chairman of Investment Association of China Zhang Hanya and President of STEC Zhou Wenbo etc. attended the meeting.

As one of the founders of this platform, Investment Association of China and STEC Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. have rich experience and outstanding achievements in their own fields. PPP Center of Investment Association of China will establish platform type PPP service from the perspective of the third party so as to become the matchmaker between the government and enterprises. The PPP Center of Investment Association of China will make the government find the most suitable project partner on one hand and also make the social capitals find the channel to participate in the construction of the public service facilities by giving play to the intermediary service function of Investment Association of China and combining with professional PPP practical operating experiences of Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. and thereby promote the cooperation between government and social capitals in the field of public service so as to make more public service projects benefiting people’s livelihood carried out successfully.
