On Oct 14, STEC SUCG International Engineering Co., Ltd., with rich project management experiences, powerful technologies and excellent reputation, won the tender for bid section CC-126 of Delhi Metro in India, with bid price at 3.349 billion rupees (around RMB329 million) .
This is the first time that STEC SUCG International Engineering Co., Ltd. independently participates in bidding in India in the name of “Indian Subsidiary of STEC SUCG International Engineering Co., Ltd.”, unlike the previous practice that the company used to take part in project bid and construction by setting up a joint venture with a local company. The victory makes the company the first Chinese enterprise that has won the tender for metro construction project in India as an independent general contractor of design and construction, displaying the company’s good momentum for growth in Indian market and marking a new stage of development of the company in India.
