The 11 Projects of STEC Won the Highest Award in the National Excellent Engineering Survey Industry

In December 2017, the results of the biennial National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award, which represents the high-level award in China's engineering survey and design industry, were announced. STEC won 11 projects, among which the first prize was awarded in many professional fields such as bridges, rail transit, water supply and drainage.

First Prize in Bridge Category - Chaoyang Bridge in Nanchang City
The Nanchang Chaoyang Bridge designed by the STEC Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute is an important joint project of Nanchang's "Ten Horizontal and Ten Vertical" trunk road, Jiuzhou Avenue Expressway, across the Ganjiang River, with a total length of 3.118 kilometers and a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour. The main bridge across the river adopts a double deck design, with eight lanes in both directions on the upper deck and non-motor vehicles and pedestrian walkways on the lower deck on both sides of the main beam.

First Prize in Rail Transit Category - The North Section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11 (Line 11)
The Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11 designed by STEC Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute is one of the four city-level lines that form the backbone of the Shanghai rail transit network, with a total length of 82.38 km. The line has 40 stations (one reserved) with a running speed of 100 km / h and 6-section A - type cars in the early, near and long term.

First Prize in Water Supply and Drainage - Water Environment Construction Project of Shanghai International Tourist Resort
The water environment construction project designed by STEC Shanghai Urban Construction Design & Research Institute serves the entire international tourist resort area, specifically including one comprehensive water treatment plant, one feed water pump station, three rainwater pumping stations, one sewage pumping station, 20 km of rainwater and sewage pipelines, 12 km of hot water network, 120,000 square meters of irrigation water network coverage and 6.8 km of irrigation water mains.
