In May 2018, as it comes to the 20th year of STEC in Singapore, STEC gladly received the BCA Construction Excellence Award through its own efforts. This is the second consecutive year that STEC SUCG International Engineering Co., Ltd. won the award. At the awarding ceremony last year, the Singapore Metro Line C920 constructed by STEC won this award. And the Tuas West Extension Line C1688 project was awarded the BCA Construction Excellence Award this time. Since STEC SUCG International Engineering won the bid in November 2011, its excellent project construction and management capabilities have been well received by the industry. The award winning of STEC SUCG International Engineering also received attention from The Straits Times, a local mainstream newspaper. In the newspaper on May 23, The Straits Times published news of STEC SUCG International Engineering winning the BCA Construction Excellence Award with large page layout.
