On June 4, 2018, the awarding ceremony of the 15th China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award was held in Beijing. A total of 30 major projects were awarded the Zhan Tianyou Award. Five STEC projects won the award with their strong engineering strength, which are the section from Nanjing South Railway Station to Lukou Airport of Nanjing to Gaochun Intercity Railway (S1 Line Phase I) invested and constructed by STEC, and the interchange project under-crossing Zhongzhou Avenue in Zhengzhou City, the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 12 Project, the Shanghai Disney Resort project, and the Hong Kong Harbour Purification Scheme Constructed by STEC.
The China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award is the highest award for scientific and technological innovation in China's civil engineering industry. Among the five award-winning projects of STEC, STEC has hosted two projects and participated in construction of three projects. One of every six Zhan Tianyou Award projects in China is constructed by STEC.
